📅 30-Day Return Window

You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

• Email our support team at info@lsvitamins.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
• Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products returned after 30 days
• Final sale or promotional items

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
